Working safely during coronavirus
We have pulled together guidance to help employers, employees and the self employed understand how to work safely, and get back to business in Sunderland during the coronavirus pandemic.
There are a number of initiatives being established to help support business and employers who may be affected by Coronavirus.
We're working hard to make sure all information is regularly updated in line with latest Government guidance and advice.
Sunderland City Centre Recovery Plan
Sunderland BID has been working with Sunderland City Council and other partners to develop a plan that helps businesses, employees and the public come back to the 'new normal'.
Please see the attached document on how to access guidance from the Government, SCC and other professional bodies, as well as a phased reopening plan and business support package to help businesses welcome back their staff and customers. As the situation changes so too will the official guidance.
Open for Business
Some elements of the city centre are still open for business. We are actively working each day to make sure the list is up to date.
