To help businesses think differently in the ‘new normal’ and grow their businesses, Sunderland BID and Sunderland City Council have been working closely with Northstar Ventures and Business Doctors to create a fully-funded business workshop to help you re-energise your business planning.
What is Re-energise Workshop?
It’s a free planning session that will allow you to take a step back and look at your business differently. It doesn’t matter what type or size of business you are running because taking time to work on your businesses is always worth it.
Why Re-energise workshop?
• We bring businesses together to collaborate in a peer group setting for a genuine business growth agenda.
• To share expertise not accessed as individuals, share experience and work together for a greater impact as a group.
• Accessing knowledge, resources and funding to help get business back on track.
• Access to both retail and wider business knowledge combining both ‘clicks and mortar’.
Businesses must be within the North East LEP area, so based in County Durham, Gateshead, Newcastle, North Tyneside, Northumberland, South Tyneside or Sunderland. Places are limited to one per company, so book yours now.

'It was great to talk to other businesses whilst taking part. The session was very thought provoking and made me think about where I needed to concentrate my time. I have since signed up with the Business Doctors as I think they will help me immensely to work 'on' my business rather than 'in' my business all the time.' Mandy Brown from Harrison & Brown Furniture
'I would like to thank you for last week's Business Dr's online zoom surgery. The material was very interesting and the discussions from like-minded people who work in the City was inspiring. I particularly enjoyed the visual illustrations which made the content easily understandable and how the business Drs used a very inclusive presentation of thought provoking questions and materials to start discussions surrounding some of the challenges faced in today's complex world, post-pandemic!' Andrew Golding from The Point
