Hena Syeda Ahmed

Hena Syeda Ahmed may be new to the BID team but she’s no stranger to Sunderland, where she’s spent all of her working life since graduating from Sunderland University in 2015.

With years of experience at a business management consultancy working as assistant to the principle director, she’s the perfect choice to be the Executive Assistant and Office Administrator.

Hena brings a number of skills to the role, thanks to her experience not only in volunteering and community work but in customer service, events organising and administrative duties.

She balances her heavy work load with being a mum, running her own small business and loves to read whenever she has a spare minute!
