The music of Fleetwood Mac needs absolutely no introduction. One of the defining acts of the past century, their phenomenal impact changed the face of music globally. Join a cast of top West End singers and a stellar live band touring the UK with a special show celebrating the iconic act, performing a set of their best loved songs including "The Chain", "Little Lies", "Don't Stop" and more.

Forming in 1967, Fleetwood Mac sold a staggering 100 million records worldwide and their music is one of the most recognizable sonic pop-culture touchstones in the world. Not that their popularity ever faded, but in recent years they've found a renaissance among Gen Z and Millenial listeners due to the viral success of "Dreams" on social media. 

The Point Event is proud to present two absolute legends of the game and every fan's favourite players.

Taking to the stage is Michael Smith - Nicknamed "Bully Boy", Michael won the PDC World Championship in 2023 and was ranked world number one during the 2023 season. He has won a total of 26 PDC titles in his professional career, including the 2022 Grand Slam, three World Series of Darts titles, and six European Tours. In 2024 Michael won the PDC World Cup of Darts for England with fellow legend Luke Humphries.

The free day will include planting opportunities and art and craft activities as well as an eco-trail around the Museum & Winter Gardens. There will also be information and activities on local growing, cycling and walking, recycling and waste, and energy efficiency support.

The story of our Little Libraries continues, and this time we’ll be hiding books between our Little Libraries at Roker and Seaburn, ready for you to spot, discover and take home.

Alongside your bandana you will be provided with a wide choice of felts, threads, trims and tassels to customise your bandana, alongside a large range of pre-made (handmade) patches to choose from and stitch, you can mix and match or fully use pre-made or do all handmade patches, it's completely up to you (up to 5 patches can be chosen)

Get ready for a weekend of steins, singing, dancing and authentic Bavarian entertainment as Oktoberfest arrives in Sunderland from Friday 16 October to Sunday 18 October 2026.
